Specifically, about 12,000 chairs were neatly arranged on the sidewalks of the streets where the parade passed. In particular, at 61 Tran Phu Street, about 6,000 chairs were arranged with priority for veterans, meritorious people, the elderly, and children.
The seating arrangements were made urgently on August 29, demonstrating the efforts of the government and functional forces to create a solemn and organized space for people to attend the rehearsal.

At 5:00 p.m. on August 29, hundreds of veterans arrived at the priority area at 61 Tran Phu Street to feel the bustling, excited atmosphere before the big holiday. This priority area was also arranged and protected by the police force and volunteers of Ba Dinh Ward to prevent encroachment and chaos.
Vice Chairwoman of Ba Dinh Ward People's Committee Nguyen Thi Doan Trang informed that Ba Dinh Ward arranged overnight accommodation on the evening of August 29 (before the rehearsal on the morning of August 30) for the elderly, children, and pregnant women living far away.

Specifically, people gathering in area 61 Tran Phu street will be arranged to go to the community house (No. 112 Nguyen Thai Hoc, 22 Son Tay, lane 47D Doi Can street); Kindergarten No. 10 (lane 100 Doi Can) and the ward Cultural and Sports Center (facility No. 60 Ngoc Ha street).
People are gathering along Nguyen Thai Hoc Street in the ward and will be arranged at Phan Chu Trinh Primary School (No. 40-42 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street) and the Community Activity House (No. 30 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street).

* On the same day, the People's Committee of Ba Dinh Ward announced that it had drawn up a record to handle an administrative violation of 1 case of littering on the sidewalk and roadway at 42 Tran Phu Street.
The violation was discovered by the ward authorities during a patrol and control of the area. At the time of the inspection, this individual did not collect household waste into waste containers as prescribed but instead threw it directly into public spaces.
Immediately after discovery, the working group of the Ward People's Committee proceeded to draw up a record of administrative violations on the spot.
According to Le Tat Thanh, Deputy Head of the Economic - Infrastructure and Urban Department of Ba Dinh Ward, the ward is resolutely implementing measures to build a "green - clean - beautiful" living environment. Strictly handling violations is a necessary action to raise people's awareness, thereby maintaining public hygiene and building a civilized urban lifestyle in the ward in particular and the whole city in general, especially during the A80 parade.
