Parade performing Muong ethnic culture at Hanoi walking street

On November 14, the Department of Culture of Vietnam's Ethnic Groups ( Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ) announced that it has just adjusted the time to organize activities within the framework of the Week of Great National Unity - Vietnamese Cultural Heritage in 2025.

Accordingly, the main activities of the Week of Great National Unity - Vietnam Cultural Heritage will take place from November 18 (Tuesday) with many activities of the people taking place every day at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism (Doai Phuong, Hanoi) and the walking street space around Hoan Kiem Lake.

Specifically, on the morning of November 22 (Saturday), a ceremony was held to report achievements and offer incense at the K9 Relic Site. In the afternoon, at the Cultural Village, activities took place: Cultural Exchange Festival of Northern Ethnic Groups; Cultural Exchange Festival of Central Highlands Ethnic Groups; Cultural and Artistic Exchange "Colors of Vinh Long "; Folk Song and Dance Program "Hoa Dat Thap"...

In particular, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on November 22, there will be a parade showcasing Muong ethnic culture around Hoan Kiem Lake along the route Hai Ba Trung - Trang Tien - Dinh Tien Hoang - Hang Dau. From 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., there will be performances and promotion of Muong ethnic culture and traditional arts at the stage area of Ba Kieu Temple.

On November 23 (Sunday), from 7:30 - 8:00, general opening of activities within the framework of the 2nd Muong Ethnic Cultural Festival, 2025. From 19:30 - 21:00, general rehearsal of the opening program of the Great Unity Week of Ethnic Groups - Vietnamese Cultural Heritage 2025 and the 2nd Muong Ethnic Cultural Festival, 2025.

On the afternoon of November 24, the Scientific Workshop "Preserving and promoting traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development" took place; Program to promote Vietnamese culture to international friends at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism.

Within the framework of the Week of Great National Unity - Vietnamese Cultural Heritage and the 2nd Muong Ethnic Cultural Festival in 2025, there will be practical and meaningful cultural, sports and tourism exchange activities to celebrate Vietnamese Cultural Heritage Day (November 23).

The Week of Great National Unity - Vietnamese Cultural Heritage is organized to affirm the spirit of great national unity as a precious cultural heritage, forged through thousands of years of history of building and defending the country.

This series of activities not only honors traditional cultural values, but is also an opportunity to affirm the noble spirit of great solidarity of the Vietnamese people, while promoting unique cultural identity to international friends.
