The area from Ha Tinh to Northern Quang Tri has moderate to heavy rain with common rainfall of 60-100mm, locally over 200mm.
In the West, provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak have rain, moderate rain with common rainfall from 30-60mm, locally heavy rain over 120mm.
