Accordingly, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to direct the Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Center to regularly inspect, protect and manage the relic. At the same time, the unit must clean up, landscape, trim trees and reinforce and repair items to prevent termites, avoid damage and deterioration while waiting for the next steps.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism was assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance and relevant units to urgently research, develop plans, solutions and advise the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the project to repair and restore the Cau Da Villa relic. The notice also requested clarification of the investment plan, exploitation and management of traffic infrastructure and technical infrastructure serving the relic's activities, in conjunction with the Bao Dai Luxury Resort project.
Previously, regarding the Bao Dai Luxury Resort project, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province decided to adjust and remove the content "residential land not forming residential units" in the first investment certificate issued in 2013 and the first adjusted certificate in 2014. The adjustment was made in accordance with the conclusion of the Government Inspectorate in Notice No. 1919/TB-TTCP dated November 4, 2020, to ensure compliance with the provisions of the law on land and investment.
Regarding 5 ancient villas in the project area including Nghinh Phong, Vong Nguyet, Bao Dai, Xuong Rong and Tu Phuong Vo Su, the investor repaired 2 villas and completed them in 2019. However, after the Bao Dai Luxury Resort project was suspended, many remaining structures are now seriously degraded and the province has "lost" a very famous tourist attraction.
