Accordingly, Ho Chi Minh City Post Office requested the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City to deploy procedures and guiding documents to prepare a dossier to rank the Ho Chi Minh City Post Office building as a city-level architectural art monument.
At the same time, the Department coordinates and guides Ho Chi Minh City Post Office in providing records, documents, technical drawings, related information and carrying out necessary steps in the ranking process.
The representative of Ho Chi Minh City Post Office affirmed that it will be proactive, accompany and closely coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports and relevant agencies throughout the process of preparing documents, appraising and recognizing relics.
The unit commits to ensuring that all renovation, maintenance and exploitation activities of the project comply with legal regulations, maintain the original architectural state, and preserve the aesthetic, historical and humanistic values of the project.
