The exhibition is scheduled to take place from November 21-25, 2025 at Lam Son Park, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The exhibition introduces images taken from documentaries, feature films, reports... with characters, stories, and scenes filmed in Ho Chi Minh City, along with many images of the city's beautiful landscapes, heritage, landmarks, and cultural identity. Through this, viewers have the opportunity to feel the natural beauty, people, as well as the development journey of Ho Chi Minh City - a dynamic city, always looking towards the future but still preserving its own values, contributing to promoting the culture and tourism potential of the city.

Pano was introduced at the exhibition
The exhibition displays more than 200 printed images extracted from documents and film works archived at the Vietnam Film Institute and collected from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Television Station, and the Ho Chi Minh City Cinema Association. The images reflect the filming location, people, life, the process of innovation, integration and development of Saigon - Ho Chi Minh City through three stages:
The period of Southern Liberation and National Reunification (1945–1975): includes images from documentaries: Moc Hoa Battle, Tra Vinh Campaign, Saigon Joyful Victory, May Faces, Independence Day September 2, 1975 in Ho Chi Minh City, Some Images of Saigon Liberation, Vietnam's Victory and feature films First Love, Rising Wind, Monsoon Season, Wild Fields, Flipped Card Game, Saigon Commandos, Saigon Liberation, Tunnels...
The period of national construction and development (1976–1985): includes images from the documentaries National Festival, Saigon in the early days of liberation, Saigon Rain, Saigon through the eyes of foreigners, The city of each of us and feature films: The Last Sin, Far and near, The bitter taste of love…

The period of innovation, integration and development (1986–2025): includes images from feature films: Saigon, I love you, Co can nha nam nghe nang mua, Nang, Em va Trinh, Hai Muoi, Mai… and documentaries: Goc nho Saigon, Saigon – Ho Chi Minh City 50 years of implementing Uncle Ho's will…
The exhibition also features images collected from agencies and organizations in Ho Chi Minh City, reflecting the city's economic, political and social achievements after 50 years of liberation.
In addition, within the framework of the exhibition, the public will have many experiences with diverse display forms such as: photo panels, organizing MR virtual reality experiences, 360° photobooth area for recording 20-30 second short videos and booths distributing free movie tickets along with the 24th Vietnam Film Festival showtime catalog (November 21-25, 2025)./.
