Instructions for looking up admission and confirming admission in 2025 quickly and accurately

The Ministry of Education and Training said that from 8:00 a.m. on August 25 to before 5:00 p.m. on August 30, admitted candidates will begin to confirm their admission online on the Ministry's system. If they do not confirm their admission, they will be considered to have given up their admission wishes and their results will be canceled.

To confirm university admission in 2025, candidates need to follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to the Ministry of Education and Training's admission system via the link: http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn

After universities announce the list of university admissions, candidates need to confirm their admission on the general admission system of the Ministry of Education and Training. Enter the information: CCCD number, login code, confirmation code and click the Login button.

Step 2: Click Look up admission results

Each school that a candidate registers for admission has only one result: Pass or Fail. If the result is Fail, it means that the candidate failed the wishes that he/she registered for at the school.

Step 4: Confirm admission

For the Pass wish, candidates have the right to confirm admission. To confirm admission, candidates click the Confirm admission button.

Step 5: Click Agree to complete the admission confirmation.

Step 6: Check the status of Enrolled.

Once admission is confirmed, candidates will not be able to cancel their admission confirmation. If they want to cancel their admission confirmation, they must contact the university to resolve the issue.

After confirming admission on the Ministry's system, candidates need to follow the plan of the school they are admitted to to complete the procedure.

Universities often have their own admission plans with different requirements, posted on their official websites, fanpages, or by email, phone number, notice... Many schools will have an additional online admission step on their system and welcome students directly afterwards.

Schools that do not have enough students can recruit additional students in multiple rounds, lasting until December. Candidates can register if they are not admitted or do not confirm their enrollment in any school. Candidates who have been admitted and confirmed their enrollment are not eligible for additional enrollment, except in cases where the head of the training institution allows them not to enroll.
