Lak District Land Fund Development Center is speeding up the work of counting crops and structures on land belonging to the New Urban Area Project on Luong The Vinh Street, Lien Son Town.

Accordingly, the inventory work is divided into 2 phases, of which phase 1 (from the end of June 2023) has completed the inventory of 21 households, 29 land plots, with an area of ​​36,883 m2; phase 2 is being continued by the District Land Fund Development Center.

It is known that the New Urban Area Project on Luong The Vinh Street, Lien Son Town is invested by the Lak District Investment and Construction Project Management Board, with a construction land area of ​​about 10,584 hectares, with a total investment of over 145.6 billion VND, from public investment capital (capital from the Provincial Housing Development Fund and the district budget). The project is a new construction project, including the following systems: roads, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, trees and electricity system.

The objective of the Project is to synchronize the technical infrastructure system to complete the new urban area of ​​Luong The Vinh street, Lien Son town, contributing to promoting the socio -economic development of the district.
