Van Don district launches campaign to clean up marine environment

To strengthen environmental sanitation in the district during the holiday, on the morning of August 30, Van Don district continued to clean up the marine environment.

Departments, agencies, units, People's Committees of communes and towns in the district have mobilized the maximum number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, armed forces, enterprises, aquaculture cooperatives to participate in the campaign to collect styrofoam buoys, bamboo and waste in rapids, foot of rocky mountains, and aquaculture rafts.

Particularly, the communes of Minh Chau, Quan Lan, Ngoc Vung, Ha Long, Dong Xa and Cai Rong town also focused on cleaning up the environment at the beaches.
