He suggested that in the coming time, Linh Nam ward should focus on preparing for the ward party congress, especially drafting congress documents and setting out development directions in the new period.
For residential areas inside the dike, the ward needs to renovate the urban area; plan commercial centers, markets, supermarkets, etc., to meet the ward's requirements for development worthy of an inner-city urban area, while ensuring budget revenue and expenditure.
For the area outside the beach, the ward needs to place it in the overall planning of both sides of the river, from there have a clear orientation, prioritizing development in the direction of Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen also noted that the ward needs to strengthen its infrastructure, working equipment and transmission lines. Along with that, the staff and civil servants need to continue to be trained to ensure that they "play their roles and know their lessons". In particular, in the work of handling administrative procedures for people and businesses, it is necessary to ensure smoothness and continuity.
Regarding the ward's recommendations, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen requested Working Group No. 4 to gather and study and calculate a comprehensive plan to effectively operate the 2-level local government model.

According to Chairman of Hong Ha Ward People's Committee Le Hong Thang, after the arrangement, Hong Ha Ward has a natural area of about 15.1 km2 , with a population of about 124,000 people. Because the entire area of the ward is outside the Red River dike, it faces many difficulties in investing in technical and social infrastructure.
After officially coming into operation, up to now, Hong Ha ward has received and processed administrative procedures for 185 citizens.
However, the ward is currently facing some difficulties in operating the software system, the transmission signal system is sometimes slow and overloaded. The connection reflecting recommendations between the iHanoi application and the National Public Service Portal is not synchronized, so the reception and processing of information is not guaranteed.

In addition, the ward also faces some difficulties in terms of infrastructure. The ward's terminal equipment is not yet synchronized, some equipment is degraded, the working conditions of the ward's officers and civil servants face many difficulties because the ward's headquarters are small, some places are degraded, and specialized departments have to be separated to work in many different locations...
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen acknowledged and highly appreciated the locality's efforts in the process of building and perfecting the organizational apparatus, initially performing well the tasks in the new administrative unit.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Quyen also pointed out that, besides the pride of receiving the new mission, Hong Ha also has to face many challenges. Immediately after, the ward needs to urgently prepare for the ward Party Congress. The ward needs to focus on researching and building congress documents to clearly define the direction of socio -economic development of the ward in the next 5 years.
Suggesting some orientations to develop Hong Ha ward in accordance with its potential and inherent natural conditions, comrade Nguyen Manh Quyen suggested that Hong Ha ward focus on services, eco-tourism associated with high-quality agriculture , taking advantage of the riverside area. This is both an urgent requirement and a long-term direction to build Hong Ha into an ecological park, an attractive destination of the capital.
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen also noted that Hong Ha needs to focus on restructuring the population based on the planning of the Central and the city; strictly manage construction and land order, gradually adapt to natural conditions and the flow of the Red River, and minimize natural disaster risks.
The ward also needs to review all agricultural production in the coastal area, develop appropriate crop models, produce high-quality vegetables and flowers, and associate them with eco-tourism to create added value for agriculture. At the same time, the ward should research and contribute to the city on plans to develop traffic and landscape on both sides of the Red River in the direction of preserving natural elements and rationally exploiting land funds to build entertainment areas, services, and hotels, thereby creating sustainable revenue.

Any difficulties and problems of the ward need to be promptly reported so that the city leaders have a basis to direct the resolution.
