In the first 6 months of 2025, the number of tourists visiting Hue recorded strong growth compared to the same period last year.

Hue City People's Committee informed that since the beginning of the year, the number of tourists to Hue has increased sharply, estimated at more than 3.3 million arrivals, up 71% over the same period. Of which, international visitors are estimated at more than 1.1 million arrivals, up 41.6%. Total revenue from tourism is estimated at more than 6,370 billion VND, up 59.2% over the same period.

To attract visitors, in the first months of 2025, many cultural activities and festivals featuring Hue's cultural identity have been organized by the locality such as: programs within the framework of National Tourism Year - Hue 2025; Hue Festival - Culinary Capital; Hue Community Ao Dai Festival,...

Regarding some key tasks in the last 6 months of the year, the Hue City People's Committee said that it will continue to coordinate to successfully organize activities under the National Tourism Year and Hue Festival 2025. Coordinate to organize festival events, cultural and tourism activities to create highlights to introduce and promote Hue city's tourist destinations such as: Hue Culinary Festival for international exchange and National Chef Competition 2025; Health Care Tourism Week;...
