This is a meaningful activity within the series of events celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The exhibition takes place from August 21 to September 5, 2025, introducing 272 outstanding photographic works, rich in artistic and aesthetic values, praising the beauty of nature and people in the sky and sea of Ca Mau in particular and the Fatherland of Vietnam in general. In particular, many works have recorded realistic and touching images of Truong Sa, DK1 Platform, and the homeland islands of Ca Mau, reflecting the pride, burning love and great responsibility of photographers in Ho Chi Minh City and Ca Mau province for the sacred islands of the Fatherland.

This exhibition aims to educate about tradition, raise public awareness about preserving and promoting historical values, resources and environment; at the same time, promote the potential of sea and island tourism, expand cultural and artistic exchanges between Ca Mau province and Ho Chi Minh City. Thereby, affirming the determination to protect the sea and islands, and protect the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai (3rd from right) and Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Van Thieu presented Certificates of Merit to authors whose excellent works won national awards.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 05 authors whose excellent works won national prizes.
