Birds soaring freely in the sky create a picturesque scene for the Truc Bach Lake - West Lake complex.

The abundant food sources from Truc Bach Lake and West Lake have kept these birds here, and they have also begun to get used to humans.

Dozens of bird nests are built on the tops of ancient banyan trees in the grounds of Thuy Trung Tien Temple.

The bird species found here include herons, egrets, blue storks (belonging to the heron family), kingfishers, etc.

The small island, with its large bird population, is always bustling with the sounds of birdsong.

In recent years, the number of wild birds has gradually increased due to the abundant food sources from Truc Bach Lake and West Lake, and the return of peace with the cessation of hunting.
