Accordingly, the propaganda work affirms the correctness, historical value, practical and long-term significance of the policy of the Party Central Committee and the National Assembly on expanding administrative boundaries for the cause of building and developing a civilized, modern and cultural capital; further raising the awareness, consciousness and responsibility of cadres, party members, armed forces and people of all walks of life in the capital in preserving and promoting the thousand-year-old cultural and heroic historical tradition of Thang Long - Hanoi, of the "City for Peace ", "Creative City".

Propagating the city's outstanding achievements after 15 years of expanding administrative boundaries in all areas of socio-economic development, urban construction and management, strengthening national defense and security, expanding cooperation, integration and development; building the Party and political system at all levels... Thereby, contributing to enhancing the position and prestige, exploiting and promoting all resources, continuing to promote the development of the Capital; at the same time, enhancing the introduction and promotion of Hanoi's image to localities nationwide and international friends.

Along with that, fostering and raising awareness and pride in the glorious, heroic, peaceful and friendly historical tradition of Thang Long - Hanoi , contributing to consolidating and strengthening people's trust in the leadership of the Party Committee, the direction and administration of the city government in the cause of building and developing the Capital.

The City People's Committee requested to organize propaganda activities in a variety of diverse forms, ensuring solemnity, economy, efficiency, practicality, focus, and key points suitable to the specific conditions of each locality and unit; associated with propaganda activities to celebrate major holidays of the Capital and the country; encouraging cadres, party members, people of all walks of life and armed forces of the Capital to be determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, the Resolution of the 17th Congress of the City Party Committee and the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

At the same time, continue to deploy and implement synchronously and effectively solutions to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; care for the material and spiritual life of the people of the capital, especially in remote areas and ethnic minority areas; promote patriotic emulation movements, determined to overcome difficulties and challenges, seize opportunities and advantages, and complete tasks and plans for 2023 and the following years.
