The 55-storey Saigon Marina IFC building will be inaugurated on the Ba Son land, marking the first step in the roadmap to build the International Financial Center of Ho Chi Minh City.

This is one of 80 large-scale projects nationwide inaugurated and commenced to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), and at the same time marks the beginning of the roadmap for building an International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City.

Located on Ba Son land - a place associated with the history of the shipbuilding industry and Saigon commercial port, Saigon Marina IFC possesses a strategic location when it is adjacent to the Saigon River, directly connecting to key trade routes such as Ton Duc Thang - Nguyen Hue Boulevard and quickly accessing central administrative and business areas.

In particular, the building is also directly connected to Ba Son station - Metro line No. 1, applying the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) urban model, contributing to reducing road pressure and creating convenience for businesses, investors, and international experts. The project consists of 55 floors above ground and 5 basements, with a total floor area of ​​over 106,000 m², built on a land area of ​​over 6,000 m², and is one of the tallest towers in Ho Chi Minh City.

Saigon Marina IFC is designed to be multifunctional, including Class A offices, commercial center, hotel, conference and seminar space and high-end amenities. When put into operation, the building is expected to serve about 10,000 regular employees.

In terms of architecture, the building uses a double-layer glass facade system to reduce heat and save energy. About 30% of the area is allocated for green space, notably the hanging garden from the 35th to the 43rd floor. The 9-meter-high main lobby, the system of 34 smart elevators and green building solutions have helped Saigon Marina IFC achieve LEED Gold certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). According to observations, the location of Saigon Marina IFC is right next to Ba Son Bridge, conveniently connecting the East and the center of Ho Chi Minh City.

The highlight of the project is the ability to connect directly to Ba Son station - Metro line 1, applying the public transport-oriented urban development model (TOD) to help reduce road pressure, shorten travel time and increase accessibility for investors, businesses and international experts.

Saigon Marina IFC is located in a beautiful location, with a panoramic view of Thu Thiem.

The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on August 19, marking the beginning of the construction roadmap for the International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to Resolution 222/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly , the construction of an International Financial Center is a long-term strategy. Saigon Marina IFC is identified as the opening project, providing modern infrastructure and high-quality premises to serve financial, investment and international business activities in Ho Chi Minh City.
