On October 2, in Nha Trang ward, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term held its first conference, discussing many solutions to effectively implement Party building work; proposing many major decisions to accelerate the province's development in the new period.
The Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Executive Committee has set out policies to effectively implement the specific goals set forth in the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress: Striving to achieve a double-digit growth rate, by 2030, GRDP will reach an average of 11-12%/year.
GRDP per capita is among the top 10 localities in the country; state budget revenue increases by an average of 12% per year, among the top 10 localities in the country, and there will be basically no more poor households by 2030.
Mr. Ta Hong Quang, Chief Inspector of Khanh Hoa province, emphasized that for national target programs on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, the Provincial Party Committee needs to issue resolutions to have a basis for effective implementation.
With the long-standing projects that the Central Government has directed, the Provincial Party Committee needs to develop a project, put forth specific policies and action plans to find solutions to remove and completely resolve bottlenecks.
The province needs to have a plan to remove difficulties and obstacles for key projects; social housing projects; increase the area of industrial parks, supplement the project to develop the Southern key economic zone; focus on adjusting and supplementing 3,500 hectares of land for investment in industrial park development.
Secretary of the Phan Rang Ward Party Committee Chau Thi Thanh Ha said that regarding education and training development, the province needs to closely follow Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; support and specifically review schools to have appropriate adjustment measures.
The province needs to adjust the planning for university education development; continue to maintain all levels of education, strive to have one school in the top of the country, have an education development strategy until 2035, with a vision to 2045.
Furthermore, the province needs to have specific policies for teachers in the Truong Sa special zone; solve vocational training for workers with degrees and certificates; soon have a specialized resolution on people's health care according to Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo "On some breakthrough solutions, strengthening the protection, care and improvement of people's health."
In particular, the province needs to soon build Phan Rang ward and neighboring wards into smart urban areas, core urban areas in the southern region of the province.
Mr. Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, suggested that in order to facilitate management, the Provincial Party Committee should have a unified policy, combining projects related to the field of agricultural development such as: Smart agriculture, digital agriculture, high-tech marine agriculture into a common project to have a basis for effective management and implementation.
Based on the enthusiastic and highly responsible opinions of the delegates of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh requested the Provincial Party Committee's advisory agencies to urgently complete the resolutions for signing and promulgation.
Regarding the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, agencies and units, based on the assigned tasks in the Action Program, urgently develop a roadmap and specific implementation plan, ensuring that projects and tasks are implemented on schedule and with the required quality.
The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee directed the Provincial People's Committee to urgently issue a Plan to implement the Resolution, clearly defining tasks, assigning specific responsibilities for presiding over, coordinating, progress, implementation and completion time; and enhancing the responsibility of leaders in comprehensively and effectively implementing the contents identified in the Resolution.
Regarding the Resolution on the Strategy for sustainable development of education and training in Khanh Hoa province to 2035, with a vision to 2045, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh requested that Party committees, agencies and units at all levels thoroughly grasp the 10 main tasks and solutions set out, and strive to complete all specific goals of the Resolution./.
