From March 2025, the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee began to hold model congresses of grassroots Party Committees. Currently, all relevant tasks have been actively prepared by the Party Committees, in which many important steps have been completed, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among all cadres, Party members, and people towards the congress.
In the early days of Spring At Ty 2025, on the main roads of Dam Ha commune, flags, banners, and slogans were brightly decorated, creating an exciting, vibrant, and enthusiastic atmosphere among cadres, party members, and people towards the 14th Party Congress of the commune. This is one of the 3 branches and party committees selected by the Dam Ha district Party Committee to organize a model congress for the 2025-2030 term.
To prepare carefully for the Congress, cadres, party members and people of the commune actively responded to emulation movements. A typical example is the emulation movement to beautify the roads. Accordingly, each village will register specific tasks and mobilize people to implement them. Up to now, many flower routes have been planted along inter-village roads and central roads of the commune; green hedges have been neatly trimmed, family grounds have been beautifully decorated, creating a bustling atmosphere before the Congress. In particular, the road connecting Dam Buon - Xom Giao villages is a project with a welcome sign for the congress, with people donating land and architectural objects worth over 500 million VND. The emulation movement for labor production and economic development, mainly develops passion fruit models and aquaculture. Many projects and tasks have practical significance, such as making a playground for young people undertaken by youth union branches; building typical examples, examples of learning and following Uncle Ho in each party branch...
Along with promoting the decoration work associated with the implementation of the patriotic emulation movement launched by the Commune Party Committee to make achievements to welcome the Congress, up to this point, the Commune Party Committee has completed the documents to prepare for the Congress, such as the Political Report, the Party Committee's Review Report... Deeply aware of the meaning and importance of personnel preparation work, with the spirit that cadres are the root of all work, the Commune Party Committee conducts review, planning, and introduction of people with virtue, talent, prestige, prospects, and leadership capacity, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation, while ensuring reasonable quantity and structure. In addition, the Commune Party Committee assigns tasks to the commune police and military forces to regularly organize patrols, control, grasp the situation, and ensure local security and order before, during and after the Congress.
According to Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoang My Linh Commune, with the close direction of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the initiative of the Party Committee, all preparations for the Party Congress of the Commune Party Committee have basically completed all stages. With careful, methodical and thorough preparation, we believe that the Party Congress of Dam Ha Commune for the 2025-2030 term, held on March 18 and 19, will be a great success, contributing to the success of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
Identifying the honor and responsibility of being selected by Ha Long City as the unit to organize a model congress to evaluate and gain experience in directing grassroots congresses in the city, Thong Nhat Commune Party Committee has focused on thorough preparation to ensure the successful organization of the Congress. The commune has developed a plan, issued documents directing the Congress; established 4 sub-committees to assist in preparing for the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, many meetings have been held to disseminate guidance documents and plans of the Central, Provincial Party Committee, and City Party Committee on organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Bui Minh Tan said: The Commune Party Congress is scheduled to be held on March 18 and 19. The preparation and organization of the Congress was carried out by the commune in accordance with the procedures, ensuring the motto of inheritance, stability, innovation, creativity and development. The preparation of the Commune Party Congress was very favorable thanks to the solidarity, democracy and determination of cadres and party members to complete the assigned tasks well.
The work of drafting documents has been discussed and discussed frankly by the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the Executive Committee of the Commune Party Committee in a democratic spirit, soliciting opinions from all cadres, party members, retired key leaders, and people of all walks of life in an appropriate and effective manner, ensuring democracy, thoroughness, and depth before reaching consensus. Up to this point, the Commune Party Committee has completed documents to prepare for the Congress, such as the Political Report and the Party Committee's Review Report. The work of drafting the Personnel Plan has both closely followed the instructions of the superior Party Committee and been proactive in reviewing, supplementing planning, training, fostering, and creating a source of successor cadres.
To celebrate the Congress, many meaningful works and tasks have been enthusiastically implemented by cadres, party members and people in the area. Notable: Completing the concreting of the internal roads in Dong Vai village; focusing on developing a medicinal plant production model in Chan Deo village, expected to be 10 hectares in size. At the same time, focusing on urban embellishment and festive decoration. Each work and task emphasizes practicality, closely linked to promoting local socio-economic development. Thereby creating an exciting competitive atmosphere among all classes of people towards the 28th Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Together with the Party Committees of Dam Ha and Thong Nhat communes, the preparations for the model congresses of the grassroots Party Committees directly under the upper-level Party Committees have been actively carried out and basically completed. The atmosphere of welcoming the congress is spreading widely in villages, residential areas, agencies and units.
With careful preparation and high determination of cadres, party members and people, it is a premise for grassroots party committees to successfully organize model congresses. At the same time, it is a basis for grassroots party committees to draw experience and deploy it to localities and units, contributing to the success of party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
