The project, covering over 495 hectares with a total investment of approximately 2,350 billion VND, is anticipated to become a significant driving force for industrial development, enhance competitiveness, and make a practical contribution to the socio-economic growth of Tay Ninh province.
The selection of Hiep Thanh Industrial Park as the groundbreaking ceremony for the 14th National Congress of the Party not only has economic significance but also affirms the role of key industrial infrastructure projects in the national development strategy, linking economic development with the realization of the Party's major policies.
The first phase of the Hiep Thanh Industrial Park, located in Phuoc Thanh commune, covers an area of over 495 hectares with a total investment of 2,350 billion VND.
For the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group (VRG) - the project's investor - the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hiep Thanh Industrial Park is a significant milestone in its strategy to develop industrial park infrastructure investment and business - one of the Group's six key investment areas.
The selection of this project as a key construction project to be launched on this occasion further affirms VRG's position, prestige, and responsibility as a state-owned economic group, making a positive contribution to the socio-economic development of the nation.
Hiep Thanh Industrial Park - Phase 1 is planned according to the criteria of a green, smart, and circular industrial park, in line with the orientation of sustainable development. The project aims for a multi-sector industrial park model with clean technology and modern management; prioritizing the attraction of high value-added industries such as: supporting industries, high-tech processing, food industry, and logistics.
Discussing expectations for the project, the representative of the Head of the VRG Industrial Park Development and Management Board stated that, once operational, the Hiep Thanh Industrial Park will have a positive and comprehensive impact on the socio-economic development of Tay Ninh . The project is expected to strongly attract domestic and foreign investors, create a stable source of revenue for the local budget, and simultaneously spread growth momentum to related industries and sectors.
Beyond being an investment destination, Hiep Thanh Industrial Park also contributes to the completion of the province's technical and industrial infrastructure. Upon completion, the industrial park is expected to attract approximately 20,000-30,000 workers, contributing to job creation, increased income, and improved living standards for local residents and those in the surrounding areas. Alongside production development, VRG will invest in the construction of worker housing, service facilities, and public amenities, creating a stable and sustainable working and living environment.
On the local side, Chairman of Phuoc Thanh Commune People's Committee Tran Linh Du affirmed: The commune will proactively coordinate with relevant agencies in land clearance, complete legal procedures, and accompany the investor throughout the project implementation process. At the same time, it will focus on vocational training, preparing human resources, maintaining security and order, and creating favorable conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule and effectively.
Along with Hiep Thanh Industrial Park, on December 19, 2025, Tay Ninh province held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hilton Garden INN Hotel Complex Project - a project with symbolic significance to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party in the field of urban development, services and tourism .
The project, invested by MHD Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company, is being implemented in Tan Ninh ward with a total investment of approximately 1,300 billion VND, a scale of 24 floors, including: a 4-star international standard hotel along with conference facilities, commercial areas, community spaces and a multi-functional amenities system.
The Hilton Garden INN hotel complex project is being built on the site of the former Hoa Binh Hotel, located on the main 30/4 road in Tan Ninh ward.
The project is being developed according to international standards and operated by Hilton Group (USA). Upon completion, the complex will add to the supply of high-quality accommodation, serving the needs of business travelers, professionals, investors, and international visitors; thereby contributing to improving the capacity to accommodate guests, extending their length of stay, increasing average spending, and enhancing the economic efficiency of the local tourism industry.
According to Tran Van On, Project Director of MHD Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hilton Garden INN, held to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, is a particularly important milestone, demonstrating the investor's determination to implement a high-quality tourism and service project, in partnership with the locality in socio-economic development. To date, preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony are basically complete, ready for the project to be implemented on schedule, safely, and efficiently.

According to Mr. Tran Van On, upon completion and operation, the project will not only contribute to improving the local capacity for high-quality accommodation but also create conditions to attract high-spending segments such as business travelers, experts, investors, and international tourists.
