Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army emphasized: The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Diem Mac Kindergarten and Hoang Ngan Secondary School in Diem Mac Commune, Dinh Hoa District - 02 of the initial projects, opened the series of activities that will be deployed by the General Staff in a unified, synchronous, and comprehensive manner nationwide towards celebrating the 80th anniversary of the General Staff's Tradition Day and major holidays of the Party, the country, and the nation. Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan requested the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units under the General Staff to focus on leading and directing the good implementation of assigned tasks in the Plan to organize activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the General Staff's Tradition Day with a proactive, resolute spirit, synchronous and comprehensive implementation at all levels and organizations, taking quality and efficiency as the top priority, "accelerating and breaking through" to complete activities on schedule. The General Staff assigned the 789 Corporation to closely coordinate with Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province to maximize human resources and means, improve organizational and operational capacity, organize scientific construction, closely supervise, ensure progress, quality, technique, and aesthetics of the project. During the construction process, strictly comply with the law and discipline, ensure absolute safety in all aspects; organize emulation movements to mobilize labor, production, construction, and hand over the two projects on schedule. The comrade also requested the Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, unions, and ethnic minorities of Dinh Hoa district and Diem Mac commune to regularly pay attention, coordinate, and assist the construction unit in procedures, legal documents, site clearance, create favorable conditions, and ensure security and safety throughout the construction process.

Diem Mac Kindergarten is built with a 2-storey building, with 6 classrooms, total area of ​​620 m2. Hoang Ngan Secondary School is built with a school gate and a 2-storey building, with 6 functional classrooms, equipped with a synchronous computer system, tables and chairs, total area of ​​500 m2. The groundbreaking of the two projects has practical significance, demonstrating the affection and concern of the General Staff for the Party Committee, government and ethnic people of Dinh Hoa district, contributing to improving and enhancing the learning and living conditions of students in Diem Mac commune; at the same time, strengthening the solidarity and attachment between the General Staff and local Party Committees, government and people.
