On the morning of January 10, the Provincial People's Committee held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Nhuan Trach Industrial Park Project in Luong Son District. The Nhuan Trach Industrial Park project is located on the administrative boundaries of Nhuan Trach and Cu Yen communes with a scale of more than 213 hectares. The project has a total investment of more than VND 2,389 billion, including the following items: site clearance, leveling, traffic, drainage, water supply, fire prevention and fighting, power supply and lighting system, wastewater treatment plant, service operator, green belt and other auxiliary works.
Nhuan Trach Industrial Park is adjacent to Xuan Mai town, Chuong My district (Hanoi), more than 2 km from National Highway 6, easily connecting to key economic zones via National Highway 21A and Ho Chi Minh road. The industrial park is also located on the regional traffic axis, 35 km from Hoa Binh city, 45 km from Hanoi capital, 60 km from Noi Bai international airport and 150 km from Hai Phong port.
Hoa Phu - Hoa Binh Co., Ltd. - the project investor aims to build Nhuan Trach Industrial Park into a model multi-industry industrial park of Hoa Binh province, a destination of success for domestic and international investors. It is expected that after completion, the industrial park will create about 15,000 - 30,000 new direct jobs and about 10,000 indirect jobs through trade and services for the locality and neighboring areas. Thereby increasing revenue for the state budget, contributing to the economic restructuring of the province.

Provincial leaders and investors presented gifts to households with land within the project area who agreed to clear the land for the project.
The investor concentrates machinery and equipment ready to construct the project.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: In order for the project to be completed and put into operation soon, departments, branches, and the People's Committee of Luong Son district need to pay attention and coordinate to quickly resolve administrative procedures as well as resolve difficulties and problems. At the same time, create favorable conditions for Phu My Group and contractors to implement the project quickly, in accordance with legal regulations, promptly report to competent authorities to handle problems arising during the implementation process. Request Phu My Group, contractors, and consultants to ensure the project is constructed on schedule, with quality, and without delay; strictly comply with legal regulations on investment and construction management, ensure absolute labor safety and environmental sanitation during construction, and strive to complete the project earlier than planned.
