The scale of the project includes: A 5-storey block headquarters, consisting of 3 clusters of spaces arranged according to 3 levels of terrain connected by a roofed corridor system, creating a continuous and convenient working space. The floor plan arranges working space for the departments under the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee. The project also has a 2-storey kitchen and office with exterior and auxiliary items.
The project has a total investment of 200 billion VND, from the centralized budget and Bac Ha district budget, of which the total investment for the construction package is 135 billion VND; the implementation period is 360 days, expected to be completed and put into use by May 24, 2025.

This is also a key project of Bac Ha district to welcome the 25th District Party Congress and Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; creating architectural highlights and urban landscapes of Bac Ha, completing infrastructure, striving to bring Bac Ha town to a type 4 urban area by 2025.
