Launching the 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Real Estate Awards

This year, with many new categories, the program continues to reflect the fluctuations and development trends of the market.

At the launching event, Mr. Bach Duong, General Director of Batdongsan.com.vn, emphasized that real estate is still a popular investment channel. While gold, foreign currency and savings have yielded 9-13% in the past two years, real estate has brought in outstanding profit margins in a decade.

According to data from Batdongsan.com.vn , apartment values increased by 197% and land values increased by 137% in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2015.

In order to update the development of the industry, the PropertyGuru Vietnam Real Estate Awards 2025 adds many new categories, expected to include outstanding urban area developer; outstanding ocean-view apartment project; outstanding commercial renovation project...

“In today’s competitive market, developers need to innovate their strategies and make bold decisions. We believe that this year’s entries will reflect that spirit, as well as the economic strength and improved quality of life in Vietnam,” said Jules Kay, CEO of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

Sharing about the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2025, Mr. Thien Duong, General Director of GroupGSA Vietnam and Chairman of the Jury Council, said that the diversity of segments from multi-generational housing, affordable housing to creative works and effective renovation projects were all honored.

The PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2025 Jury is an independent panel of leading experts from various fields. The process is overseen by HLB International Real Estate Group, which has just been named “Audit Network of the Year 2024”, to ensure transparency and fairness.

PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards is part of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series organized by PropertyGuru - Southeast Asia's leading real estate technology group since 2005.

The awards have expanded to vibrant markets such as the Middle East, China, Hong Kong (China), Macau, Japan, Australia, India, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Winners in Vietnam can advance to the Asian finals to compete in the “Best in Asia” categories.
