Hra Ea Hning hamlet has 422 households with 2,065 inhabitants, making it one of the hamlets with a relatively high poverty rate in the commune. Under the guidance of the Party Committee and local government, the Party Branch and the Self-Management Board of Hra Ea Hning hamlet have identified the key task as improving people's lives, promoting socio -economic development, and achieving sustainable poverty reduction.
The village Party branch has reformed its mass mobilization work to be closer to the people, more responsive to their needs, and more grounded in reality. Party members, village elders, and influential individuals are assigned to visit individual households to disseminate information and mobilize support.
Through conversations in the Ede language, incorporating real-life stories, they helped the villagers understand that poverty reduction cannot rely solely on assistance, but more importantly, on the efforts of each family.

The village also focuses on creating sustainable livelihoods for young people and rural workers. Currently, the village has one successful cooperative specializing in brocade weaving, providing employment for many local women.
In addition, state support programs such as Program 135, capital from the Social Policy Bank, support for plant varieties, technical training, etc., were implemented promptly and targeted correctly.
