Under the direction of the Party Committee and local government, the Party Cell and the Hra Ea Hning village Self-management Board have identified the key task of improving people's lives, promoting socio -economic development, and sustainable poverty reduction.
Mass mobilization work was innovated by the village party cell towards being closer to the people, closer to the people and closer to reality. Party members, village elders and prestigious people were assigned to each household to propagate and mobilize.
Through conversations in the Ede language and incorporating real-life stories, they helped people understand that poverty reduction cannot rely entirely on support, but more importantly, on the efforts of each family.
