Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Hong, a tourist from Hanoi, said: "I bought tickets online 5 days ago when there was no information about the storm. At 8am this morning, when we arrived here, it started to rain heavily and was stormy. We were informed that the tourist area had temporarily stopped receiving visitors. Although I was a bit disappointed, I think this is necessary to ensure my own safety."

Similarly, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thai Ha, a tourist from Hanoi, shared: "Although we missed our trip to Trang An, we completely sympathize because this was an objective incident due to the weather. The management board of the tourist area explained, apologized to the group and especially supported the extension of the tickets. We will go to Trang An when it is safer and more convenient."

According to the Trang An Eco-tourism Management Board, on the morning of September 6, due to unusual weather conditions, which posed a potential safety risk to visitors, the Management Board had to temporarily stop receiving visitors. Faced with the unusual developments of storm Yagi , Trang An Eco-tourism Area has developed an emergency response plan for storm No. 3.
