Inspected the coastal area of ​​Phuoc Thien village, the Binh Dong anti-erosion embankment project in Van Tuong commune. During the inspection, units and localities quickly reported on the implementation of tasks to respond to storm No. 10, especially the plan to mobilize forces and vehicles ready to mobilize when situations arise. Proactively review and supplement plans, strictly implement the "04 on-site" motto, arrange standing forces, vehicles and essential rescue equipment. Ensure safety for coastal anti-erosion embankment projects under construction. Have plans to evacuate people in vulnerable areas affected by the storm. Actively monitor and contact vehicle owners, calling on them to come ashore to take shelter from the storm.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran The Phan emphasized that although the storm is not forecast to make landfall in Quang Ngai , units and localities must not be subjective. Response work must be deployed synchronously, minimizing damage to people and property. Agencies and units of the armed forces in the province strictly follow the instructions of superiors, regularly monitor weather developments, strictly maintain combat readiness, on-duty, and command duty. Closely coordinate with local Party committees, authorities, departments and branches to promptly handle arising situations, be ready to participate in evacuating people in dangerous areas, low-lying areas, riverside and coastal areas to safety.
