Last year, Hong Ngu City implemented the establishment of 12 zoning plans after the City's general planning was approved at the end of 2023.
An Hoa Industrial Cluster (Binh Thanh Commune, Hong Ngu City) is completing detailed planning for implementation. In 2024, the City will have 44 newly established enterprises (43 enterprises in 2023), 280 newly registered business households, and the collective economy will continue to be consolidated and developed.
Many projects are being implemented on schedule, such as completing the procedures for site clearance of An Hoa Industrial Park, and preparing detailed planning tasks as a basis for compensation work; completing procedures and implementing investment in project categories according to Resolution No. 45/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council: Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Vo Nguyen Giap Street - An Loc Ward, road to the border, road connecting the industrial park, urban beautification and environmental improvement of the Muong Nha May residential area, urban agricultural infrastructure project; completing compensation and site clearance for the An Loc embankment project and handing over the site to the construction unit.
