Specifically, the Drug Administration requested the recall of two products from Phat Anh Minh Co., Ltd. (the organization responsible for bringing the products to market, registered address at 13D, Information Command Staff Housing Area, Tu Hiep Commune, Hanoi City).
Specifically, the recalled products are Aquafresh Soft Mint, registration number 264128/25/CBMP-QLD issued on January 22, 2025, and Aquafresh Clear Mint, registration number 264127/25/CBMP-QLD issued on January 22, 2025. The reason for the recall is that these products have labels that do not comply with product labeling regulations.
Accordingly, these are fairly common toothpaste products on the market with many different distributors. The recall is for products announced and distributed by Phat Anh Minh Co., Ltd., and products from other distributors are not included in the recall.
The Drug Administration Department requests that provincial and city health departments notify businesses and users of cosmetics to immediately cease trading and using the two products in question. Simultaneously, they are to organize the recall, monitoring, and strict handling of violating units in accordance with current regulations.
Phat Anh Minh Co., Ltd. must urgently send recall notices to distributors, receive returned products from businesses, and proceed with the recall and destruction of all substandard products.
In addition, the agency also revoked the two product registration numbers for these two cosmetic products.

In addition, the Drug Administration of Vietnam has suspended the circulation and ordered the nationwide recall of 7 cosmetic products from Southeast Global Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Including products Me Line 01 Caucasian Skin, Innoaesthetics Inno-Tds Xeroskin-Id, Innoaesthetics Inno-Derma Dark Spot Eraser 24h Cream, Innoaesthetics Inno-Exfo Redness Peel, Innoaesthetics Inno-Exfo Tcage, Innoaesthetics Inno-Exfo Skin Recovery, Me Line 02 Caucasian Skin Night.
The reason for the recall is that these products have incorrect formulas compared to the information provided in the submitted documents.
Accordingly, these are also cosmetic products that are quite commonly imported and distributed in the market by many different distributors. The recall is for products announced and distributed by Southeast Global Pharmaceutical Company; products from other distributors are not included in the recall.
The Drug Administration Department requests that provincial health departments urgently notify businesses and users of cosmetics to immediately cease trading and using the aforementioned products; organize the recall, monitoring, and strict handling of violating units.
Southeast Global Pharmaceutical Company Limited must promptly send recall notices to all distribution points, receive returned products from business establishments, and proceed with the recall and destruction of all substandard products.
Notably, the agency also announced a temporary suspension of the review and acceptance of cosmetic product registration applications from Southeast Global Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance of this document.
At the same time, all application documents for the issuance of product registration numbers for cosmetic products, submitted by this company before the date of this official letter, are no longer valid.
The Drug Administration Department emphasized that businesses and consumers need to review and immediately stop buying, selling, and using the aforementioned products to protect their health. It also advised relevant units to seriously implement and report the recall results promptly, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
