| Many women in Thai Nguyen choose reputable establishments with modern medical equipment and specialist doctors for skin beautification treatments. |
As Tet (Lunar New Year) approaches, along with paying attention to diet and rest, many women tend to take care of their skin with advanced techniques to feel confident when meeting friends and relatives after being apart for so long.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, from Group 16, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, said: "At the end of the year, my work is quite busy, leaving me little time to take care of myself, so my facial skin has become drier and darker than before. Therefore, I went to a dermatology clinic to get advice and treatment from a doctor to make my skin look younger and brighter. After examination, my skin had many hidden acne bumps and quite large pores. The doctor recommended a treatment using laser technology combined with platelet-rich plasma injections (taken from my own blood) to care for my skin. I hope that my skin will improve significantly between now and the Lunar New Year."
According to dermatologists in the province, non-surgical beauty treatments are in high demand during the period leading up to the Lunar New Year. In particular, non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as laser treatments, Hifu, Prax Pro, Botox injections, HA injections, and essence electrophoresis are popular. With these services, women don't need downtime, the skin on their faces isn't significantly affected, and recovery is possible within 1 to 5 days.
A survey conducted at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery ( Thai Nguyen Central Hospital) and several dermatology clinics in the province revealed that the number of people seeking skin care services during the period leading up to the 2026 Lunar New Year increased by approximately 20 to 30% compared to normal days.
Specifically, the dermatology clinic of Dr. Pham Thu Hien, a specialist in Dermatology and lecturer at the Faculty of Dermatology, University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Thai Nguyen University), located at 38 Alley 25, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, receives 20 to 30 patients and clients daily. Dr. Pham Thu Hien stated: "The current trend among women is to use safe and highly effective beauty services."
Taking care of one's health and preparing beautiful skin for Tet (Lunar New Year) and spring outings is a very legitimate need. However, everyone should be wise when deciding on services that suit their economic conditions and skin type, and choose reputable establishments licensed by the Ministry of Health to operate for beauty treatments.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hong, from Group 15, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, shared: "I am always cautious when choosing beauty services, especially skincare. My motto is to choose a reputable establishment with skilled dermatologists. Therefore, I decided to go to Dr. Hien's dermatology clinic for consultation and skincare treatments to prepare for Tet (Lunar New Year)."
After a year of hard work, the upcoming Lunar New Year holidays are a time for women to rest and enjoy life. Therefore, to have beautiful, radiant skin for the spring season, those who are still neglecting themselves should start planning their skincare routine now to look beautiful and radiant to welcome the new year.
