Regarding the ability to mobilize capital, the representative of the Viet Han Trading - Advertising - Construction - Real Estate Joint Stock Company committed that the loan capital the Company must mobilize to implement the project is VND 8,559.38 billion.
According to the Loan Commitment Letter dated May 18, 2023 of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) Hanoi Branch, the Bank will consider lending/arranging capital to Viet Han Trading - Advertising - Construction - Real Estate Joint Stock Company up to VND 8,559.38 billion to implement the Nam Song Da Nhim New Urban Area project.
According to the appraisal opinion of the Department of Finance of Lam Dong province, the equity and capital mobilization capacity according to the documents provided by the Investor Consortium at the time of review are sufficient to meet the conditions to implement the project of the New Urban Area South of Da Nhim River, Lien Nghia town, Duc Trong district.
The representative of the Investor Consortium said: “Immediately after being approved as the official Investor, we will quickly coordinate with the locality to carry out site preparation and complete the following legal procedures. This is also an important project marking the mark of the Viet Han - An Phuc - Hano-Vid Consortium. With the experience of successfully implementing many large projects nationwide, we are committed to bringing a model urban area worthy of the expectations of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee”.
Duc Trong is a district adjacent to Da Lat City. It is located at a traffic hub with Lien Khuong International Airport and a series of national highways passing through such as: National Highway 20, National Highway 27, National Highway 28B, conveniently connecting to Da Lat, Ho Chi Minh City, Buon Ma Thuot, Nha Trang, Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan... This is also the locality where the Dau Giay - Da Lat Expressway project passes through.
