Lam Dong province publicly releases a list of tax debtors totaling over 252 billion VND.

The Lam Dong Provincial Tax Department has just issued Notice No. 514/TB-LĐO regarding the public disclosure of the list of taxpayers who still owe taxes and other payments to the State budget.

According to the announcement, 183 taxpayers still owed taxes as of November 30, 2015, with a total debt of over 252.3 billion VND.

This public disclosure is based on current legal regulations, including: Article 100 of the Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14, dated June 13, 2019, of the National Assembly ; and Article 29 of Government Decree No. 126/2020/ND-CP, dated October 19, 2020.

The reason for this public announcement is that these taxpayers have failed to comply with their tax obligations and other revenue collection obligations of the State budget as stipulated by law. The Lam Dong Provincial Tax Department respectfully informs all agencies, organizations, and individuals of this matter for their cooperation in handling the issue.
