Accordingly, authorities have determined that the batch of fertilizer lacked the necessary approval for circulation in Vietnam. This is the organic fertilizer NUTRI - 02 (brand name: Super Recovery). The manufacturer is the Nutrifarm Joint Stock Company Branch (located in Ham Kiem commune, Lam Dong province). The production date (of the infringing batch) is April 1, 2025.

Regarding information on distribution and handling of violations: The Nutrifarm Joint Stock Company branch produced and supplied 16 tons of this product. The product was distributed and sold out to 3 business establishments. Authorities have imposed administrative penalties and ordered the destruction of 2,450 kg of the remaining product at the distribution establishments.

To ensure the rights of farmers and strengthen the management of agricultural supplies in the area, the People's Committee of Tan Hai commune (Lam Dong province) has just announced the above information to the people, members of the Farmers' Association, and agricultural supply businesses in the area.

At the same time, the People's Committee of the commune requested that agricultural supply businesses strictly prohibit the import, sale, and storage of NUTRI-02 (Super Recovery) organic fertilizer with a production date of April 1, 2025. Farmers should promptly check the supplies they have purchased, especially if they bought from the aforementioned dealers.

If you find a product with information matching this notice, stop using it immediately. Furthermore, increase vigilance and only purchase agricultural supplies with invoices, clear origins, and legally valid circulation permits. If you discover any organization or individual still trading this infringing fertilizer in your area, please immediately notify the Commune People's Committee or the Commune Farmers' Association for timely action.

According to the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection of Lam Dong province, from the beginning of 2025 to the present, the Department has established over 7 inspection teams to monitor compliance with laws in the field of crop production and plant protection. Through these inspections, they have checked 59 businesses selling fertilizers, pesticides, and plant seeds; and tested the quality of 13 fertilizer and pesticide samples. The results showed that 3 out of 11 fertilizer samples (27.3%) did not meet the corresponding technical standards.

Through inspections of business conditions and product quality testing, six administrative violations were detected, with a total proposed fine of 177.7 million VND.
