At the Dak Nong location, comrades Dieu K'Re, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and leaders of Party committees, agencies, units, and localities attended.
According to the report, in the past period, Party committees, government agencies, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations at all levels have united, worked together, and actively implemented tasks and solutions to promote and improve the quality and effectiveness of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, achieving many important results.
Following the guidelines of the Central Propaganda Department and the thematic content of the entire term, Party committees and governments at all levels have issued 106,267 documents to lead, direct, and organize implementation in conjunction with the political tasks of their localities and units.
In leadership, guidance, and the issuance of documents, the content of tasks to be done must be clearly defined, specific responsibilities assigned to collectives and individuals, and timelines and completion dates must be clearly specified, with a proactive and creative spirit, emphasizing the exemplary responsibility of the heads of Party committees, localities, and units.
The implementation of Conclusion No. 01, the thematic focus of the entire term, must be serious, prioritizing quality control from the grassroots level, ensuring timeliness and consistency between will and action throughout the Party and the political system.
This highlights innovation and creativity, promoting the role of provincial and city Party committees and Party committees directly under the Central Committee in developing and implementing annual thematic programs, raising awareness, and enriching approaches in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, arousing self-reliance, self-improvement, and the aspiration to build strong localities and units, and develop a prosperous and happy country.
Provincial and city Party committees, and Party committees at all levels, have focused on combining the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style within each organization and individual, at every level and in every field. Many innovative and creative models and approaches have emerged in various localities and units, making significant contributions to the successful achievement of socio -economic, national defense, and security targets. As of April 2023, there were 25,525 different models nationwide in the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's teachings.
The exemplary conduct work, as outlined in Conclusion No. 01, is implemented in conjunction with the implementation of Party resolutions and regulations, in accordance with the specific conditions of each locality and unit.
In his directive speech, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and Head of the Central Propaganda Department, requested that Party committees, units, and localities continue to lead and direct the thorough understanding and enhancement of the importance, practical significance, and long-term implications of Conclusion No. 01, the thematic topics for the entire term, and the annual thematic topics. The implementation of Conclusion No. 01 should be carried out in conjunction with resolutions and directives on Party building.
Party committees at all levels should continue to promote the exemplary and leading role of key officials and the core role of propaganda agencies. All levels, sectors, and localities need to continue to effectively implement the content of studying and following Uncle Ho's example. The focus should be on emulating Uncle Ho in a spirit of self-reliance, self-awareness, voluntariness, and self-adjustment of behavior; with those at the top leading those below, and those within leading those outside...
Propaganda work has undergone significant innovation in content and methods, becoming more diverse and comprehensive, while maintaining unity in viewpoints, goals, and directions to create unity within the Party, consensus among the people, and bring about strong changes in all fields.
Furthermore, strengthening external communication and international cooperation will contribute to the strong dissemination of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style to international friends. Through this, we affirm the Party's leadership role and Vietnam's historical and cultural position, fostering international trust in Vietnam and the path chosen by the Party and President Ho Chi Minh.
