The Party Committee of Muong Lan commune currently has 16 village Party branches and 8 Party branches in agencies and units, with 561 Party members. Comrade Lo Thuy Ha, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, said: Every year, the Commune Party Committee develops a plan to study and follow the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; directing the study and emulation of Uncle Ho in conjunction with the professional tasks and work programs of each Party branch, agency, and unit. Along with that, it selects and directs the implementation of breakthroughs and regular tasks associated with patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; 100% of cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees register to study and emulate Uncle Ho. The Commune Party Committee has also selected two breakthrough areas for studying and emulating the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh in the 2025-2030 period: Comprehensive and sustainable agricultural economic development; Promote the application of information technology in carrying out work and resolving administrative procedures to serve the people.

To implement a breakthrough in the comprehensive and sustainable development of agricultural economy, the Party Committee of the commune has directed the People's Committee to actively promote and encourage people to convert land used for low-economic-efficiency crops to new crops with high productivity and quality. From 2025 to the present, the commune has converted nearly 80 hectares of low-efficiency land to fruit trees and coffee plants, concentrated in the villages of Na Khi, Na Vac, Huoi Men, and Cong, raising the total area of ​​fruit trees in the commune to 370 hectares, with a production of over 500 tons of various fruits per year; and 241 hectares of coffee trees, of which 182 hectares are yielding, with a yield of more than 10 tons of fresh fruit per hectare.

Furthermore, the commune Party Committee has focused on directing the development of a modern, open, transparent, and people-friendly administrative system, especially in the areas of citizen reception and administrative procedure processing. Accordingly, each official and Party member at the Commune Public Administrative Service Center plays an exemplary role in their work style, conduct, and attitude towards serving the people, following the example of President Ho Chi Minh. From the beginning of the year until now, the Center has received over 300 applications in the fields of justice and civil registration, social welfare, and business establishment and operation, with 100% of applications being processed correctly and ahead of schedule. All matters have been resolved on time, with no complaints or lawsuits from the people related to administrative procedures.

Party branches maintain the practice of including "Stories about President Ho Chi Minh" in their monthly branch meetings. In schools, propaganda is intensified through flag-raising ceremonies, extracurricular activities, and after-school programs from primary to high school levels. For the commune's associations and organizations, learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example is done through undertaking specific tasks relevant to local realities. The commune's Youth Union and Women's Association direct their branches to undertake cleaning around residential areas, assisting women and youth in economic development; the commune's Farmers' Association encourages members to actively transform crop and livestock structures, introduce mechanization into production, etc., contributing to improving the quality of life for the people and ensuring social security in the area.

Bearing in mind President Ho Chi Minh's teaching: "Skillful mass mobilization leads to success in everything," the commune Party Committee has directed efforts to improve the effectiveness of implementing grassroots democracy regulations according to the motto "The people know, the people discuss, the people do, the people inspect, the people supervise, and the people benefit." Emphasis has been placed on building exemplary models of learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, maintaining and promoting the effective operation of the self-governing clan model for security and order in Pu Hao village, aiming to enhance the role of clans in the movement to protect national security.

Mr. Giang A Ly, head of the Giang clan, said: Currently, the clan has 62 households with over 369 people. Following Uncle Ho's teachings, 100% of the households in the Giang clan have signed a commitment to abide by the law, not believing or listening to the propaganda of malicious individuals; maintaining good monthly regular activities and promptly disseminating legal regulations. From 2023 to the present, the clan has coordinated with functional agencies to educate, manage, and educate 2 cases of drug use and 1 case of education at the commune level; and together with the Pu Hao Village Management Board, successfully resolved a conflict related to water resource disputes.
