Before the art exchange program took place, Dr. Hoang Xuan Luong, former Deputy Minister and Vice Chairman of the Government's Committee for Ethnic Minorities, and Executive Vice President of the Nghe An Hometown Association in Hanoi, along with other people from Nghe An who are studying and working in Hanoi, respectfully offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at House No. 67 – Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area at the Presidential Palace – where President Ho Chi Minh breathed his last.

The year 2026 holds special significance as the entire nation reflects on major milestones in the revolutionary life of President Ho Chi Minh: 115 years since he left Nha Rong Wharf to seek a path to national salvation; 85 years since his return to directly lead the Vietnamese revolution; 80 years since President Ho Chi Minh was elected by the First National Assembly to the position of Head of State of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (1946 - 2026)... These glorious milestones will forever engrave the contributions of our beloved leader to the nation and its people.

As the artistic program unfolded in the sacred space of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, over 300 guests paused in a moment of profound reverence and gratitude towards beloved President Ho Chi Minh.
The program opened with the clear, melodious voices of children and teenagers singing the song "Who Loves President Ho Chi Minh More Than Children and Teenagers?" , touching the deepest emotions of the attendees.
Next, the soulful voice of People's Artist Hong Nam, with musical pieces like "From the Lotus Village" and "Listening to the Boatman's Song at Night, Remembering Uncle Ho," transported the audience back to the riverside, the banyan tree, and the salty soul of Nghe An province, with its hot winds and white sands.
In addition, artists Hoai Thu, Thu Nga, Tuan Thanh, Hong Thoan, Thanh Bieu; along with the cast of the Au Co Art Troupe and members of the Nghe Tinh Folk Song Club in Hanoi, poured their hearts into moving works such as: "A Song Dedicated to Uncle Ho ," "He Returns to His Homeland ," "We Guard His Sleep ," "Uncle Ho, a Vast Love," "Hearing the Nghe Tinh Folk Song in Moscow , " "The Vi Giam Boat, " etc.
The simple, heartfelt melodies of Ví and Giặm folk songs resonate in the heart of the capital city, carrying with them the very soul of Nghe An province.

The art program not only offers emotionally charged performances but also serves as a journey back to historical memories and national roots; it is a heartfelt tribute to beloved President Ho Chi Minh; and it is a sacred bond connecting warm feelings of camaraderie among fellow countrymen.
Major General and writer Nguyen Hong Thai, Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Hometown Association in Hanoi, recalled the sacred milestones in President Ho Chi Minh's life and revolutionary career in a heartfelt speech, evoking pride in the indomitable spirit of the Vietnamese people.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Head of the Nghe Tinh Folk Song Club in Hanoi, could not hide her emotion when witnessing the tears and prolonged applause from the audience.

"In the heart of Hanoi, a city with a thousand years of cultural heritage, we have the opportunity to listen to the sweet, profound melodies of Ví and Giặm folk songs, imbued with the love and affection of our homeland, on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday. Every lyric and melody is filled with emotion, pride, and sacred reverence for him."
"The image of Uncle Ho and the image of our homeland, Nghe An, are present in every melody, leaving deep and unforgettable emotions in the hearts of each person," shared Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh.
The art exchange program "Songs Dedicated to Uncle Ho" concluded in an atmosphere filled with faith and excitement as the entire hall rose to their feet and sang together the song "As if Uncle Ho were present on this joyous day of great victory ."

The bouquets of fresh flowers presented to the artists were not only a recognition of their talent but also a token of gratitude to those who are preserving and spreading traditional cultural values.
