The three recent chief positions are all hot and difficult positions, and Comrade Phuong has all had achievements. When you climb high, you find and keep your roots, preserve your core values, maintain your goals and direction.

Deputy Minister Bui Hoang Phuong plans to assign assistance to the Minister in charge of state management of Postal Affairs; Inspection, Prevention of corruption and negativity; Investment and finance work; Office work, general consulting, administrative reform; Digital transformation work in the activities of agencies and units under the Ministry; and some other work.

This is the position of the back line as a solid rear for the front line. A sustainable development organization must be strong at both levels. If someone volunteers, someone must take care of the back. If there is a front line, there must be a rear. If the rear is strong, only then will there be volunteers.

Mr. Phuong's ability to do this means he has created a long-term, fundamental foundation for these fields. The leader's job is always to create fundamental changes, changes in the quality of the organization. The Minister's request is that Mr. Phuong should focus on one main thing, get to that main thing so that other things can happen on their own.
