
The event was held ahead of the First Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025-2030. Attending the ceremony were members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and delegates from several wards and communes.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation laid flowers and offered incense to commemorate the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and the heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed themselves for the independence, freedom, and happiness of the people, and for the enduring existence of the Fatherland. A minute of silence was observed to express profound gratitude for the immense contributions of previous generations.

Following the flower and incense offering ceremony, the delegates visited each martyr's grave, lit incense in remembrance, and expressed the gratitude and the principle of "drinking water, remembering the source" of the Party Committee, government, and people of Ho Chi Minh City towards the outstanding sons and daughters of the nation.
Next, Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc and the delegation laid flowers and offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and President Ton Duc Thang.
At the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, the delegation observed a minute of silence and respectfully laid flowers in honor of President Ho Chi Minh, the brilliant leader of our Party and people.
The delegation expressed their boundless gratitude and profound respect for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the cause of national liberation, reunification of the country, and the building of a peaceful, independent, unified, increasingly prosperous and developed socialist Vietnam.
At the Ton Duc Thang Museum, the delegation laid flowers and offered incense to commemorate President Ton Duc Thang, the leader of the Vietnamese working class, a shining example of diligence, frugality, integrity, and righteousness, who wholeheartedly dedicated himself to the revolution and the people.

* Also on the morning of October 11th, a delegation from Ho Chi Minh City, led by Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dang Minh Thong , visited and offered incense and flowers at the Binh Duong Martyrs' Cemetery to pay tribute to the heroes and martyrs on the occasion of the First Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
Also attending were Comrade Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and leaders of various departments and agencies of the city.
