Upon inspection, authorities discovered the vehicle was carrying 67 people, while regulations only allow a maximum of 46. This means the driver was carrying 21 more people than permitted, exceeding the allowed capacity by nearly 50%. Furthermore, at the time of the inspection, driver Hoang Viet H. could not produce a driver's license. Further investigation revealed that his license had been revoked by the Quang Ngai Provincial Traffic Police Department.

Based on the above actions, the task force of the Krông Búk Traffic Police Station proceeded to draw up an administrative violation report and temporarily seize the vehicle in accordance with the law.
