On October 18, the Urban Management Department of Buon Ma Thuot City organized a consultation with the residential community on local adjustments to the detailed planning at a scale of 1/2,000 for the Northeast Area, Buon Ma Thuot City.
Specifically: the project name is Local adjustment of detailed planning scale 1/2,000 of Northeast Area, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province. Scope of adjustment, at adjustment location number 3: adjustment of converting green tree location (symbol CX) with an area of 1,048.6 m 2 (0.105 ha) into religious land.
The objective of local adjustment of the detailed planning at scale 1/2,000 of the Northeast Area, Buon Ma Thuot City for the function at adjusted location No. 3: adjusting the conversion of the green tree location (symbol CX) with an area of: 1,048.6 m 2 (0.105 ha) into religious land according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.

The locally adjusted content is the function of land plot at adjusted location number 3: adjusting the conversion of green tree location (symbol CX) with an area of: 1,048.6 m2 (0.105ha) into religious land.
Other contents are not adjusted, continue to implement according to Decision No. 980/QD-UBND, dated November 10, 1993 of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee on approving the Detailed Planning of the Northeast Area of Buon Ma Thuot town (now city), Decision No. 507/QD-UBND dated February 25, 2011, Decision No. 2247/QD-UBND dated August 24, 2015 and Decision No. 705/QD-UBND dated April 1, 2019 of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.
Conduct community consultation on the planning project in the form of publicly displaying the planning plan drawings at the headquarters of Tan Loi Ward People's Committee. The consultation period is 30 days from the date the notice is signed and posted at Tan Loi Ward People's Committee.
The Urban Management Department of Buon Ma Thuot City and the People's Committee of Tan Loi Ward are responsible for widely announcing on the ward's mass media so that the community involved in the local adjustment of the detailed planning at a scale of 1/2,000 of the Northeast Area, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province can know and contribute their opinions; at the same time, agree on the content of coordination in implementation.
