Attending the opening ceremony were Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Le Hai Binh, Alternate Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and Ms. Tran Thi Thu Dong, Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Literary and Artistic Associations , President of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh said: "This is a special chapter of the Vietnam Happy Fest 2025, symbolizing the 80-year journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness of the nation, 80 years depicted through 80 love stories. They have held hands and overcome many journeys, bound together by love of Silver, Gold, and Diamond, a beautiful testament to understanding and fidelity in love."
According to Mr. Le Hai Binh, this year's Happy Vietnam Festival offers a diverse range of experiences across 13 activity points around Ho Guom Lake, including the Happy Vietnam exhibition, digital interactive spaces, art photobooths, a happiness map, and outdoor activities associated with the message "Health is Happiness"...
One of the highlights was the mass wedding ceremony of 80 couples with the theme "Love is Happiness," symbolizing 80 years of independence, freedom, and happiness of the nation.

"Happiness is built on peace , love, solidarity, and the simple values that make up the Vietnamese identity. The Vietnam Happy Day 2025 is expected to become an annual event, contributing to affirming Vietnam as a destination of humanity, peace, and faith in a better future," Mr. Le Hai Binh emphasized.

Along with the wedding ceremony, the event will include many other activities such as: a Vietnamese traditional costume parade "Hundred Flowers Walking" with 800 participants; a workshop "The Lens of Happiness"; the Happy Vietnam 2025 Awards Ceremony; a music night "Happy Vietnam"; the 3rd Happy Vietnam Awards…
