The 50th Anniversary of Quang Nam Province Liberation Ceremony was held on March 24, 2025.

According to the plan, the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Quang Nam province will be attended by about 1,500 delegates, including leaders of the Party, State, central agencies; international delegates, representatives of generals who are natives of Quang Nam; provincial leaders through the periods and delegates from all walks of life in Quang Nam province.

At the meeting, a representative of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - the Standing Agency of the Provincial Organizing Committee for Major Holidays, said that the celebration will take place at 7:00 p.m. on March 24, 2025 at 24/3 Square (Tam Ky City). After the celebration, there will be an art program and fireworks display, broadcast live on Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam and Quang Nam Provincial Radio and Television.

In addition to the main program at the ceremony, a series of typical events are expected to take place such as: organizing delegations to visit former leaders and families of policy beneficiaries; incense offering ceremony at the provincial martyrs cemetery and the Vietnamese heroic mother monument.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung emphasized that the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Quang Nam Province is of great significance, being a broad political activity of the entire Party and people in the province.
