🔢 Competition format

  • 18 teams are divided into 3 groups of 6 teams each.

  • Teams play a double round robin (home and away).

  • The top two teams in each group will qualify directly for the 2026 World Cup.

  • The third and fourth placed teams in each group will enter the fourth qualifying round to compete for the remaining two spots.
