Leaders of the Hue City Party Committee and the Hue City Federation of Labor, along with delegates, laid wreaths and reported on their achievements before the sacred image of President Ho Chi Minh .

Attending the event were the Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, Nguyen Chi Tai, along with the entire Executive Committee of the Hue City Federation of Labor Unions, 15th term, and 30 delegates representing the 150 official delegates summoned to attend the Congress.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, before the sacred image of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation presented the outstanding achievements of the workers', civil servants', and laborers' movement and the activities of the Hue City Trade Union during the period 2023-2025.

Over the past two years, the activities of the Hue City Trade Union have taken place amidst numerous difficulties and challenges due to socio -economic fluctuations, natural disasters, storms, and the need to reorganize and streamline the organizational structure. However, with a spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and high determination, the Trade Unions at all levels have proactively and flexibly implemented their tasks, contributing to the effective implementation of the Resolution of the 15th Hue City Trade Union Congress.

As a result, two targets of the 15th Congress Resolution were met or exceeded; all nine annual targets were completed or exceeded. The role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers has been increasingly affirmed through dialogue, negotiation, and timely resolution of issues related to employment, wages, social insurance, and occupational safety and health.

The delegation took a commemorative photo at the flower-laying ceremony to report their achievements.

Welfare programs such as "Tet Reunion," "Trade Union Tet Market," "Trade Union Shelter," and "Trade Union Meal" continue to spread widely, becoming a reliable support for union members and workers. The "Excellent Worker - Creative Worker" emulation movement has proven effective, making practical contributions to the socio-economic development of the city.

Before the sacred image of President Ho Chi Minh, the Hue City Federation of Labor Unions expressed its determination to continue innovating the content and methods of its activities, focusing on union members and workers; building a strong trade union organization, contributing to the construction of a modern working class, and meeting the requirements of Hue City's development in the new era.
