The Da Nang Land Fund Development Center has just organized an auction to lease land use rights for 50 years for many large plots of land to build schools and hospitals.
In particular, Thien Nhan Da Nang Hospital Joint Stock Company won the auction for land lot A2-2 An Hoa 4 residential area, Nai Hien Dong ward (Son Tra district), 9,525 square meters wide, with 5 street frontages: Van Don, Tran Thanh Tong, Hoang Quoc Viet, Nai Thinh 5 and Nai Thinh 7. The purpose of use is to build a general hospital.
This land was auctioned for more than 1.7 million VND/m2/year (equivalent to more than 16.7 billion VND/year), 6.5 times higher than the approved starting price of 271,000 VND/m2/year (nearly 2.6 billion VND/year).

In addition to the above land lot, Family Doctor Medical Joint Stock Company (Da Nang) won the auction for the right to use a 6,336m2 land lot at 522B Nguyen Luong Bang (Lien Chieu District) to build a general hospital.
The starting price of this land lot was 191,015 VND/m2/year (equivalent to 1.21 billion VND/year), but the company won the auction for nearly 2 million VND/m2/year (equivalent to more than 12.6 billion VND/year), 10.45 times higher than the starting price.
Van Phuc Kindergarten Investment Joint Stock Company (HCMC) won the auction of a 2,277m2 land plot in Hoa Xuan ward (Cam Le district) to build a kindergarten at a price of nearly 400,000 VND/m2/year (over 905 million VND/year), 2.15 times higher than the starting price of over 184,000 VND/m2/year (over 418 million VND/year).
