In recent years, high schools in the province have been promoting the application of information technology in management and teaching. At U Minh High School (Nguyen Phich Commune), 100% of teachers use technology in the teaching process, and effectively utilize various digital platforms to support students in exam preparation.

Many teachers proactively create study groups on Zalo, Facebook, and Google Classroom to assign homework, send materials, answer questions, and guide students anytime, anywhere. No longer confined to the traditional classroom, learning is now more flexible, helping students actively access knowledge.

Teacher Nguyen Van Doan from U Minh High School uses computers and online software to answer questions and support students in reviewing mathematics.

In addition, online test creation software such as Azota and Vietschool are also effectively utilized by teachers during the review process. These platforms help create tests quickly, automatically grade papers, provide detailed results statistics, and assess students' abilities in each subject.

Dao Nguyen Trong Nguyen, a student in class 12A1 at U Minh High School, shared: “Learning through Zalo groups and online platforms saves me a lot of time. When I encounter difficult problems, I can immediately send them to my teachers for guidance. Besides classroom lessons, we also get to do many online multiple-choice tests, so our problem-solving skills improve.”

Online learning software is becoming an effective tool to support teachers and students during the high school graduation exam preparation season.

Not only is the digital environment beneficial for high-achieving students, but it also makes it easier for average students to access knowledge through video lectures, mind maps, and visual materials. Many teachers have combined electronic lecture presentations with online interactive methods to increase student engagement. Mr. Nguyen Van Doan, Head of the Mathematics Department at U Minh High School, said: “Technology helps teachers innovate the way they deliver knowledge. Instead of just teaching using traditional methods, teachers can design engaging lectures, create online quizzes, and monitor each student's learning progress. Through students' work on online platforms, we can easily identify areas where students are weak and provide timely support.”

Proactively adapt to the trend of digital education .

Nowadays, with a smartphone or computer connected to the internet, students can participate in online classes, practice exam questions, or look up materials to prepare for exams. Many students say that learning through online applications helps them be more proactive in managing their study time. Nguyen Quang Khoi, a student in class 12A7 at Ho Thi Ky High School (An Xuyen ward), shared: “Online learning applications help me practice exam questions more regularly. After each test, the system quickly grades and analyzes errors, so I know where I need to improve my knowledge. This helps me feel more confident before the upcoming graduation exam.”

Teachers at Gia Rai High School are using electronic lectures in preparing students for the 2026 high school graduation exam, helping students access knowledge in a more visual and engaging way.

For social science subjects, many teachers also leverage digital platforms to innovate review methods, helping students memorize knowledge more effectively through videos, content diagrams, and online question systems.

Teacher Tran Ngoc Toan, who teaches History at Gia Rai High School (Gia Rai Ward), emphasized: “The most important thing when applying technology is to create proactive learning for students. They access information very quickly, so teachers need to innovate their methods to make lessons more engaging. By combining electronic lectures, video materials, and online question systems, students can easily absorb and remember the lessons for longer.”

Increased application of information technology contributes to improving the quality of teaching and learning in high schools.

However, alongside the advantages, learning in the digital environment also requires students to be self-disciplined and selective about information. Therefore, schools should not only guide students in using learning platforms but also direct them to use the internet for the right purposes, avoiding getting caught up in unhealthy entertainment content.

Digital transformation is becoming a crucial springboard for the education sector to innovate teaching and learning methods in a modern, flexible, and practical way. The application of digital platforms, e-learning materials, and social media in exam preparation not only enhances students' access to knowledge but also allows teachers to increase interaction, monitor, and provide timely support to students throughout the learning process.
