Heartwarming moments during Workers' Month

As part of the activities in response to the 2026 Workers' Month, on May 21st, the Ca Mau Provincial Federation of Labor (LĐLĐ) continued to organize a delegation to visit and present gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the province.

• Bringing warmth to workers' hearts during major holidays.
• Free health check-ups for female union members and disadvantaged workers.
• Over 1.3 billion VND allocated to support workers and the poor.

The delegation visited and assessed the living and working conditions of union members and workers at the grassroots trade unions of companies, enterprises, and trade unions affiliated with the Nam Can Commune Trade Union and the Thoi Binh Commune Trade Union.

In addition, the delegation also visited the workers' collective housing area of ​​Nam Can Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company in Dat Moi commune (a grassroots trade union unit under the management of the Provincial Labor Federation) to inquire about the living conditions and circumstances of union members and workers.

Leaders of the Ca Mau Provincial Federation of Labor and the Nam Can Commune Labor Union presented gifts to union members and workers at the Vinh Hoa Phat Import-Export Joint Stock Company's grassroots labor union.

At each location visited, Vice Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Union Huynh Van Dam cordially inquired about the health, living conditions, and employment of union members and workers; encouraged workers to continue striving in production, improving their skills, developing initiatives, and innovating techniques to enhance productivity and product quality, contributing to the development of the enterprises. He also requested that grassroots trade unions in enterprises continue to play their role in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; and pay more attention to their material and spiritual well-being so that workers can feel secure and committed to the enterprises in the long term.

Leaders of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Union and the Nam Can Commune Labor Union presented gifts to union members and workers belonging to the NACABIKE Technology Motorbike Taxi Union and the Grab 24h Technology Motorbike Taxi Union.

On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor Unions presented 105 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances from various grassroots trade unions and professional associations, each gift worth 1 million VND in cash.

Ms. To Kim Yen, a worker at Nam Can Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company (Dat Moi commune), shared: “I am very happy and touched by the trade union's concern, their visit, and the gifts they provided during Workers' Month. This is a practical source of encouragement for me to work hard and stabilize my life.”

Visiting and giving gifts at workplaces and residences demonstrates the practical concern of the Trade Union organization for its members and workers during Workers' Month 2026. This contributes to sharing difficulties, providing motivation for workers to feel secure in their work, remain committed to the enterprise, and stand alongside the Trade Union organization.
