Market liquidity was slightly higher than the previous session, with a total trading volume of over 753.96 million shares across all three exchanges, equivalent to a total trading value of over 18,575.94 billion VND.

Foreign investors returned to net selling for the third consecutive session across all three exchanges, totaling over VND 334.83 billion, focusing on stocks such as MWG (over VND 120 billion), STB (over VND 64 billion), BMP (over VND 62 billion), VPB (over VND 48 billion),FPT (over VND 45 billion), etc.

Conversely, stocks with significant net buying in this session included HPG (over 127 billion VND), TCB (over 121 billion VND), LPB (over 83 billion VND), VNM (over 57 billion VND), HAH (over 36 billion VND), etc.

On the HoSE exchange, the trading value in this session increased significantly compared to the previous session, reaching over 16,034.67 billion VND.

In this session, the stocks that contributed positively to the VN-Index's increase of over 4.29 points included: LPB, HPG, VNM, TCB, VHM, HDB, GVR, VPB, BMP, and MSN.

Conversely, the stocks that negatively impacted the VN-Index, causing it to drop by more than 2.05 points, included: VCB, MWG, BID, GAS, SAB, MSB, FPT, PLX,SHB , and SSI.

In terms of sectors, energy stocks declined in this session, falling by 0.63%, mainly driven by stocks such as BSR , PVS, PVD, PVC, POS, PVB, etc.

The materials sector stocks continued to trade positively with a 1.36% increase, mainly driven by stocks such as HPG, GVR, DGC, DCM, VGC, DPM, MSR, VCS, VIF, CSV, PTB, DPR, AAA, GDA, DHC, DDV, LAS...

Similarly, the banking sector stocks also increased by 0.66% in this session, mainly driven by stocks such as BID, CTG, TCB, VPB, MBB, ACB, LPB, SSB, STB, TPB, SHB, EIB, OCB, MSB... Conversely, some stocks declined, including VCB, HDB, BVB...

The securities sector also performed positively, rising 0.57%, mainly driven by stocks such as VND, HCM, VCI, VIX, MBS, SHS, BSI, CTS, DSC, AGR, IPA, APG, AAS... Conversely, declining stocks included SSI, VDS, BVS, ORS, EVS, OGC...

Real estate stocks also performed positively, rising 1.05%, mainly driven by VHM, VIC, VRE, KDH, SSH, KBC, NVL, IDC, PDR, NLG, SIP, DIG, SNZ, DXG, HDG, KOS, CEO, SZC, TAL... Conversely, some stocks declined, including BCM, SJS, VCR, NBB...

* The Vietnamese stock market index continued its upward trend throughout today's trading session. The VNXALL-Index closed up 17.81 points (+0.84%), reaching 2,128.36 points. Trading volume exceeded 636.47 million units, equivalent to a trading value of over 17,264.94 billion VND. Across the market, 227 stocks increased in price, 103 remained unchanged, and 126 decreased.

* On the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), the HNX-Index closed at 231.77 points, up 0.25 points (+0.11%). Total trading volume reached over 46 million shares, with a corresponding transaction value of over 904.77 billion VND. Across the entire market, 74 stocks increased in price, 68 remained unchanged, and 68 decreased.

The HNX30 index closed up 1.52 points (+0.30%) at 505.56 points. Trading volume reached over 29.27 million units, with a corresponding value of over 721.72 billion VND. Across the entire market, 17 stocks increased in price, 4 remained unchanged, and 9 decreased.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM-Index closed at the reference level of 92.45 points. Total market liquidity reached over 31.08 million shares traded, with a corresponding trading value of over 586.39 billion VND. Across the market, 135 stocks increased in price, 110 remained unchanged, and 103 decreased.

* On the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 9.87 points (+0.78%), at 1,281.85 points. Trading volume reached over 676.88 million units, equivalent to a transaction value of VND 17,084.78 billion. Across the entire exchange, there were 255 gainers, 78 unchanged stocks, and 114 losers.

The VN30 index rose 12.92 points (+0.96%) to 1,351.97 points. Trading volume reached over 328.21 million units, equivalent to a transaction value of over 10,084.78 VND. At the end of the trading day, 22 VN30 stocks increased, 1 remained unchanged, and 7 decreased.

The top 5 stocks with the highest trading volume were VPB (over 49.59 million units), HPG (over 41.61 million units), TCB (over 21.67 million units), MWG (over 20.84 million units), and ACB (over 20.00 million units).

The top 5 gainers were VTP (+6.93%), FDC (+6.88%), COM (+6.32%), TPC (+6.13%), and ACC (+5.69%).

The 5 stocks with the biggest price drops were TDW (-6.38%), NVT (-4.53%), DTA (-3.91%), KPF (-3.57%), and TBC (-3.26%).

* Today's derivatives market saw 213,584 contracts traded, with a value exceeding VND 28,848.87 billion.
