Bringing a warm Mid-Autumn Festival to children in flood-affected areas of Viet Hong

To support children in flood-affected areas, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Pioneer Council coordinated with local Party committees, authorities and sponsors to organize the program "Full Moon Festival - Lanterns light up dreams" at Viet Hong Kindergarten, Primary School and Secondary School.

The program demonstrates the care and concern of the Youth Union and the whole society for children, especially those in difficult circumstances after the flood.

Comrade Duong Thi Vui - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairwoman of the Provincial Youth Union Council spoke at the program.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 10 bicycles, 20 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) and 65 gifts (worth 200,000 VND/gift) to students in especially difficult circumstances.

In particular, the Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Pioneer Council presented 635 gifts to students of Van Hoi Kindergarten, Primary School and Secondary School.
