MC Thảo Vân had 10 watches stolen from her home.

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - The female MC said that she and her son carelessly left the door unlocked, allowing thieves to break into the house and steal 10 watches and bottles of perfume.

Speaking to a reporter from Dan Tri newspaper, MC Thao Van said that her house had just been broken into and 10 valuable watches and a bottle of perfume were stolen, leaving her very upset.

Thảo Vân recounted that when she couldn't find her favorite perfume, she looked in her watch box and was shocked to find it empty. Ten watches had vanished without a trace.

Those ten watches were recently taken by Thao Van to be "refurbished".

The female MC also shared that yesterday morning, someone in her building reported that a stranger had entered their apartment, walked around for a while, and then left. The apartment owner had installed security cameras, so they were aware of this. Everyone in the building had warned each other to be careful, but before they could take precautions, the thief had already targeted Thảo Vân's apartment.

After reviewing the video sent by someone inside the building, the female MC discovered that the time the thief was present in the building coincided with the time her son was sleeping at home.

"The thief entered my room and calmly took each watch individually without carrying the box. Perhaps the culprit was afraid of being caught if they took the whole box," she speculated.

Thao Van further shared: "Tit (her son's nickname, his real name is Gia Bao) said that when he woke up and went out of his room, he had a very strange feeling as if someone had been in the house. He even took a stick and looked around the house, luckily, the thief had left a long time ago."

"This is a lesson learned from complacency: thieves might be able to break into your home, but not in other places. My house uses a regular lock; if it weren't locked, a thief could have gotten in. This thief seems to have been watching my house for several days."

Thảo Vân said this was a big lesson for her. She will install cameras and change the door locks to ensure safety.
