North and South fluctuate in opposite directions

Northern region

The price of live pigs today (November 26, 2024) in the Northern region recorded a decrease in some provinces such as Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc and Tuyen Quang, when the price decreased from 1,000 VND to 2,000 VND/kg. Of which, Thai Nguyen is the only province above all to decrease by 2,000 VND/kg. In contrast, the price of live pigs in Thai Binh suddenly increased by one price (1,000 VND/kg), reaching 63,000 VND/kg, the highest price in the region.

In the provinces and cities in the Northern region, the price of live pigs mainly fluctuates from 61,000 - 62,000 VND/kg.

Central Highlands region

The price of live pigs today (November 26, 2024) in the Central Highlands region remains stable at around 59,000 - 62,000 VND/kg. In particular, Dak Lak province continues to maintain the lowest price of live pigs in the country at 59,000 VND/kg. The remaining localities in this region are selling live pigs at prices ranging from 60,000 - 62,000 VND/kg.

Southern region

In the Southern region today (November 26, 2024), the price of live pigs decreased slightly in the two provinces of Hau Giang and Dong Thap (both decreased by 1,000 VND/kg), bringing the price to 61,000 VND/kg.

Currently, live pigs in the Southern region are being bought and sold at around 61,000 - 63,000 VND/kg. In particular, the provinces of Long An, An Giang, Kien Giang, Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho City are selling live pigs at 63,000 VND/kg.
