According to Mr. Dang Dong Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri province, to increase attractiveness, tourism businesses in the area are renewing and improving the quality of tourism products. They are strengthening linkages and leveraging the strengths of natural resources such as the "Kingdom of Caves" in the North and the historical space of "Memories of War - Aspiration for Peace" in the South, forming unique and distinctive tourist routes for Quang Tri.

* At the Hue Imperial Citadel, within the framework of the Hue Festival 2026, the art program "Mystical Imperial Palace" will run from April 25th to 28th. A highlight of the program is that there is no entrance fee, making it easier for locals and tourists to access and experience the cultural heritage values in the imperial palace setting at night – a new direction in developing Hue's unique cultural tourism products.

On the morning of April 26th, the Hue City Department of Tourism announced that the number of tourists registering for the April 30th and May 1st holidays has increased significantly. Specifically, in the five days from April 29th to May 3rd, the total number of tourists expected to visit Hue City is estimated at approximately 389,000, an increase of 10.8% compared to the same period last year. Of these, international tourists are estimated at 80,000, an increase of 12% compared to the same period. Tourism revenue is estimated at 870 billion VND, an increase of 19% compared to the same period. The average occupancy rate of hotel rooms is estimated at approximately 97%.
